Our Little Buddy

Life with Hyrum has been pretty smooth so far. He's a really good baby and he's so cute and perfect that we can't even stand it. He does prefer to be held as most newborns do, so I always have my hands full and can't ever seem to get things done. I feel pretty good about how the last few weeks have gone though, and I try to celebrate the little things I am able to accomplish each day. Here are a few pictures of our little buddy.

Jared took some fun pictures of Hyrum all sprawled out in this cute outfit that he picked out for him.

I thought it looked like he was sucking his thumb so I grabbed the camera. I think once Hyrum gets more hand control he may end up being a thumb-sucker. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. We'll find out in a few years if it was bad (I hear it's no picnic trying to get a kid to give up that thumb later on).
